Google has now confirmed the next version of the Android Go Edition OS which is going to be based on the Android 9 Pie and will be known as Android 9 Pie (Go Edition.) The new Go Edition OS will take less space than the previous version and leave more space in a device with low storage space.
The new version will also provide much faster boot times than before. The new version will also be more secure than ever and there will be a dashboard to show the data consumption of the user. The Android 9 Pie (Go Edition) will use most of the Google’s Go Edition apps which Google is improving continuously. As Google Assistant Go started to support more languages, the company is going to include the navigation in Maps Go app. Google hasn’t revealed the exact date of release for the Android 9 Pie (Go Edition) but it did confirm that it will arrive this fall. The company also confirmed that over 100 manufacturers have plans to release smartphones with the new version oft eh Android 9 Pie.
